Large channel count HF Over-The-Horizon-Radars (OTHR) are getting significant attention in recent years because of long range monitoring applications. D-TA has been involved with the world’s largest HF OTHR project — the Polar Over-The-Horizon-Radar (POTHR). The system includes 1024 phase coherent receive channels and 256 phase coherent transmit channels.
